We developed a comprehensive plan in close coordination with Sales, which included new programs like “The Coleman Index” – reports that used customer insights to showcase emerging trends in key industries. We turned research data into reports, videos and infographics and developed outreach sequences for account teams to share them with thousands of users. Efforts were tracked with Outreach.io, a sales platform, and engagement data was fed into PowerBI dashboards.
